Blog 1 - Hire an Illustrator

 

     The image I selected is called Mountains of Cat Toys by Jessica Warrick. Jessica Warrick has been doing illustrations for over 13 years. She does animal portraits, as well as illustrations in children's book and adult humor. I am sure that I have seen her work before; or at least the style is familiar. This picture made me laugh when I saw it.
     I chose Mountains of Cat Toys because it made me think of my own cat Maui. Many cat owners can relate to this image. Cats quickly lose interest in toys after they are no longer new or hide them away. My cat steals my daughters toys and doesn't play with his own so they all end up mixed together in a big pile.
